You can send us an e-mail with IDs or passports of all guests a few days before your arrival, so to make your check in as smooth as possible.
In order to avoid queues when checking out, we suggest settling your bill days ahead of your departure.

You can find sanitizing gel dispenser throughout the hotel premises.
To ensure everyone’s safety, all the hotel staff has been trained and is constantly updated on Covid 19 containment measures. 
All of our employees will be wearing face masks and other protection device; some of us may wear other personal protection device if necessary for their role (I.e. all our chambermaids will be wearing gloves and goggles when in service).  Body temperature will be monitored daily to all members of staff.
Unfortunately we will no longer be able to walk you to your rooms.

Yes, you can.

You can use the whirlpool one person at the time or in any case only with your family.
It is possible to use the Spa. Admission is by reservation only, for a maximum of 50 minutes, maximum 4 people. Any delay in entry does not allow you to stay longer inside. The entrances take place when the hour strikes (for example:
At 16:00, at 17:00, at 18:00) and the exit must take place within 50 minutes (for example 16:50, 17:50, 18:50).
The ten minutes between one entrance and the other will be used to sanitize the Spa area. We give you a bag containing a bathrobe, towel and slippers and we will call you in your room when the Spa area has been sanitized and you can access it.

You can only share the elevator with other guests of your room.
Anyway, we advise taking stairs when possible.

As per the new protocol released by Regione Lombardia we implemented medical sanitizing products (approved by Italian Ministry of Health) to our cleaning routine.
On top of standard room cleaning, all rooms are now sanified with hydroalcoholic solutions. Directories, pens and other items that are frequently touched are removed.
Nevertheless, if you wish so, you can request the chambermaids not to enter your room during your staying with us.
All common areas are sanified several times throughout the day. Handles, buttons and all items that are frequently touched will be constantly sanified for your protection.

You will be served at the buffet, and no longer at your table.
Please, help us by always following these simple rules:
It is compulsory to sanitise your hands upon entering the breakfast room.
Remember to wear your face mask everytime you approach the buffet.
You will only be able to help yourself to the single-dose packed products, such as: spreadable cheese, cheese triangles, butter, jams, Nutella, rice crackers, rusks and gluten free products.
All other products will strictly be served only by the staff.
Tables of more than 4 people will be given a menu to fill in and breakfast will be served at the table, as a crowd control measure.
Please, always avoid gatherings at the buffet area. If you see people already in line, step back and wait a few minutes.

The use of face masks is compulsory wherever it is not possible to maintain 1 meter distance from others: carry it with you at all times!
We suggest having a pair of gloves if you are going shopping.
When entering shops, bars and restaurants your body temperature might be measured. 
Tables in bars and restaurants will be fewer and well-spaced.
